OPI's Black Shatter

Hey everyone! :D

I know, I know. I have been slightly MIA on my blog! Sorry for that I will work harder at keep this place up to pace! :)

You guys might already know that OPI released a new collection & they have a new kind of polish!

It is supposed to create the crackle effect, which is something very unique and I have not seen before, till I got this! :D

It is called black shatter - the name says it all! It's black & it looks like it has been shattered!

I wore it for the first time under Rumple's Wiggin' also from OPI & I LOVE IT! I would say if you use this, it would look better with a lighter base, the black shatter would really stand out! :D It's not something you see all the time, but it def helps to spice up your nails!

Besides, if you were wearing a certain colour for a few days and you are bored of it, you can def paint this on top! Ta-da! Looks like you've got your manicure done again!

Mac Lightful Bright Collection in Singapore!

Okay! So this is EXCITING! US is always usually the first place that gets MAC collection and all stuff, but next month- Feb 2011. MAC is going to release a limited edition collection, asia exclusive!! I am super excited for this collection! :D

I think the glosses colours look really good! :D There is a good mix of 'normal' colours  & some new shades!

MAC Cremeblend Blushes for Spring 2011

Hey guys!

Spring is coming!! Do i hear any 'yays'? I used to love Spring in Australia, all the flowers blooming (:

Well in Singapore it's practically one season all year round, but one can dream right? (:

How could I not update you guys on this, since I am a blush addict!! haha :D

This year MAC is going to release a collection of 6 cremeblend blushes! If the name rings a bell, you might remember last spring Lillyland was released - the first MAC collection which I was going crazy over! I've got 2 cremeblend blushes from that collection and I must say I love them! Though they are not repromoted in this collection!

MAC is only going to repromote- so sweet so easy from the Lillyland collection.



Brit Wit Dusty rosy mauve

Ladyblush Warm neutral coral

Posey Warm peach

So Sweet, So Easy Bright yellow pink

Something Special Light coral

Tea Petal Mid-tone reddish brown

These are the 6 new shades which will be released. Rumor have it that  Blushcreme  are being discontinued and yes they have been  discontinued, however MAC used 3 of the same names in this new collection. We shall have to wait and see if the colours will be the same or a totally different colour!

The BEST thing about this collection- esp since I am a blush addict who is on project pan = no buying of makeup. This will NOT be limited edition! So you can take your time to get these blushes, which is awesome! Kudos MAC! (They must know I am on a project pan & didn't want me to miss out.haha)

Has anything caught your eye as of now? I feel it's always abit hard to tell till you see the swatches. I always think I want nothing when I see the promo pictures, then I'll see the swatches and I want the whole collection! haha

Review: Revlon Tropical Temptation

Hey guys! 

I have been on the hunt for a corally colour & I think I might have found my perfect shade! <3 My girlfriend actually told me she saw this colour & thought it might be the one which I have been looking for so of course we went to check it out. It looked kinda like the colour I wanted so I grabbed it! Revlon at Watsons is having a 20% sale- till beginning of Feb 2011 I think! 

Anyway let's just get to the swatches! :D 

 I have it on my nails now & looking at it makes me really happy! :D It was not very easy to apply! :( I had to apply 3 coats before getting the colour I wanted. Even with the 2nd coat it was still slightly streaky. The formulation was alright, not my favourite but I could still work with it. 

The brush is not as big as I usually like it to be, but for the colour I will definitely make the extra effort to paint it! 


I think it was $17.90 but I got a 20% on it so that was great! :D

Have you tried any of the revlon polishes? If you have, do you like them?

MAC Wonder Woman Collection

Hey guys!

So MAC has released some information on their new collection! It's the Spring 2011 collection & honestly I am not as excited as I was for Spring 2010. Which is good because if you follow my youtube, you would know that I am on a project pan! :D I guess there is never a great time to start since MAC releases collection so often! I'm not a fan of wonderwoman at all, so this should be easy for me to skip :)

Being a blush addict, I'm not gonna lie. The blushes do look really attractive & I want them! :( haha but I'm gonna stay true to my project pan & not cheat on it! :D

The polishes look quite normal, but we will have to see it in real life to really judge how 'normal' they are.

Are you guys planning on picking up anything from this collection? If you are please do share! Or are you guys watching upon swatches before deciding which products are worth checking out? :)
